Slow cook duck curry
- 1 Duck breast
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbs fresh Ginger
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Chilli
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- Fresh Coriander
- 300ml vegetable stock
- 1 tin crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Ground tumeric
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
This is a delicious recipe to put in the slow cooker. Brown the duck breast in a pan before adding to the slow cooker. Chop up the other ingredients and pop in. Cook on low for 8 hours.
