Fermented Kefir Glow Smoothie

Vibe: Gut-healing, probiotic-rich, bright and zesty. Like your intestines just went on vacation.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml plain kefir (cow, goat, or coconut-based)
  • ½ green apple, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cucumber, peeled
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 cm knob fresh ginger, peeled
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, if kefir’s too tangy
  • Optional: A few mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Toss all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and lightly fizzy.
  3. Pour and sip your way to probiotic bliss.
