Fermented Kefir Glow Smoothie
Vibe: Gut-healing, probiotic-rich, bright and zesty. Like your intestines just went on vacation.
Ingredients
- 200 ml plain kefir (cow, goat, or coconut-based)
- ½ green apple, chopped
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cucumber, peeled
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 cm knob fresh ginger, peeled
- Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, if kefir’s too tangy
- Optional: A few mint leaves
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and lightly fizzy.
- Pour and sip your way to probiotic bliss.
