Glorious Green Smoothie

A verdant elixir that says, “I’ve got my life together” even if you're still in pajamas at noon. 🥬🥒🍋🥑

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 large handful (about 30 g) fresh spinach
  • ½ cucumber, chopped (about 100 g)
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 200 ml coconut water
  • Optional: A small piece (1–2 cm) fresh ginger, peeled
  • Optional: A few ice cubes for chill factor
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or ½ green apple for a touch of sweetness

Instructions

  1. Prep the goods: Wash the spinach, chop the cucumber, and scoop out half an avocado. Squeeze the lemon juice and peel the ginger if using.
  2. Blend: Add all ingredients to your blender: spinach, cucumber, avocado, lemon juice, coconut water, optional ginger, and ice cubes.
  3. Smooth it out: Blend until smooth and creamy green. Taste and adjust: add more lemon for zing, honey/apple for sweetness, or a splash more coconut water if too thick.
  4. Pour and glow: Serve immediately, and sip like the health icon you are.
