Glorious Green Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 large handful (about 30 g) fresh spinach
- ½ cucumber, chopped (about 100 g)
- ½ ripe avocado
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 200 ml coconut water
- Optional: A small piece (1–2 cm) fresh ginger, peeled
- Optional: A few ice cubes for chill factor
- Optional: 1 tsp honey or ½ green apple for a touch of sweetness
Instructions
- Prep the goods: Wash the spinach, chop the cucumber, and scoop out half an avocado. Squeeze the lemon juice and peel the ginger if using.
- Blend: Add all ingredients to your blender: spinach, cucumber, avocado, lemon juice, coconut water, optional ginger, and ice cubes.
- Smooth it out: Blend until smooth and creamy green. Taste and adjust: add more lemon for zing, honey/apple for sweetness, or a splash more coconut water if too thick.
- Pour and glow: Serve immediately, and sip like the health icon you are.
