Smoky Tomato + White Bean Smoothie
Vibe: Like if a smoky tomato soup and a hummus had a love child and called it brunch.
Ingredients
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes or canned diced tomatoes (no salt added)
- ¼ cup white beans (e.g., cannellini or navy)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional cheesy depth)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tbsp tahini or olive oil
- 200 ml cold water
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
