Smoky Tomato + White Bean Smoothie

Vibe: Like if a smoky tomato soup and a hummus had a love child and called it brunch.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes or canned diced tomatoes (no salt added)
  • ¼ cup white beans (e.g., cannellini or navy)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional cheesy depth)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp tahini or olive oil
  • 200 ml cold water
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend until creamy, smoky, and smooth.
  2. Garnish with black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
