Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie
Vibe: Dessert smoothie disguised as a health food. Perfect for fall—or pretending it’s fall.
Ingredients
- ½ cup roasted sweet potato, chilled
- 200 ml milk of choice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg and clove
- 1 tsp maple syrup or 1 Medjool date
- Ice cubes to chill
Flavour Tip: Add a dollop of Greek yogurt for a cheesecake-y twist. Or swap the milk for coconut milk for that “sweet potato pie with whipped cream” vibe.
