Jonathan Potatoes

Quite possibly the most delicious roast potatoes you can make. These cripsy beauties are brown and crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. So what's the secret? Parboiling the potatoes, coating them in duck fat, and then roasting at a very high temperature :)

What you will need:
  • 1 kg Agria Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of duck fat
  • 2 teaspoons of sea salt
