Mushroom Sauce

This is great for steak!

  • Half punet of mushrooms
  • Tablespoon of butter
  • Tablespoon of dijon mustard
  • Half cup of stock
  • Splash of cream
  • Salt & Pepper

Cook out the mushrooms in butter until softened. Add the cream mustard and stock and reduce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
